kudos to Exp! Pay your damn rent man. nothing pisses me off more than deadbeat roomates. Get your shit together, the country is in a financial slump. Jobs are hard to come by, money is harder to make. Work harder, switch jobs, grab a part-time at starbucks, etc. Move back in with your folks if you need to, theres no shame in that other than the one you yourself put on yourself.

I hate to be the grinch here, ive donated money to all sorts of causes and injured pets or whatever else, but coughing up money for someone who wont pay their rent is kind of rediculous. Maybe EXP is a better man than me!

I worked 27 hours a week minimum wage job, while doing a full time university course, while having a 1 year old daughter. I was extremely lucky to be offered a job by Armor to do something I love to do, there's no shame in asking for help, I wish I hadn't been so prideful when I was in that situation. If I'd have asked for help from my parents instead of working myself to the bone I would have been able to spend more time with my daughter. Also Eggy isnt a charity case, we've agreed he will pay it back once he gets a chunk of cash form a sponsorship deal. Nobody should be homeless at Christmas, especially a fellow Flash Artist (especially one who's games I've enjoyed in the past).

TL:DR Don't Mind Chamber, in the end it's a win win scenario - nobody should Luis their home over Xmas... I'm sorry that was terrible.

it has nothing to do with being bitter, Ive worked shit jobs since I was 15.. not just a few years worth, and I had just come out of a high paying animation job when I hit rockbottom and realized I had to do what was needed, and found that blockbuster job.. Just cause you've done your time in shit jobs doesn't mean you're too good for them when shit hits the fan. Im just annoyed how the artist news section of NG has become this big handout racket.

anyways its a mute point exp gave you a loan not a donation. theres a difference.

Ive donated before. Id say over a grands worth over the years.

But something about asking for rent money.. and knowing the shit Ive had to do to make sure mine was paid . just really tugs at my ball hairs..
